The hosting facilities for our website are situated in the Netherlands. , Israel is considered to be a secure country by the European Union, we have a DPA with the hosting provider. All log files are retained for a maximum period of two years.

Zoom video meetings and webinars
Limor Smits Coaching uses ZOOM as a tool for video conferencing, workshops, lectures, webinars and private consultation sessions.
All Zoom sessions will be secured by us by password and waiting-room functionality and the best-provided encryption will be selected.
There will only be video recordings of a session when on forehand communicated. These recordings will be kept for the maximum of 1 year after contract, or as long as needed for legal purposes. Limor Smits Coaching host may take notes of the zoom conversation and file them for future use.
